Spiral Staircases
G.E.M. Fabrications has been manufacturing spiral staircases for over 25 years.
A spiral staircase can provide access to decks or rooms with minimal space required.
Spirals are available at 4’6” / 5’ / and 6’ in diameter.
A typical floor to floor rise will require a spiral that turns approximately 270 degrees.
Total rise and direction of travel are available as requested.

Treads
We have cast concrete treads available, which are best for exterior staircases. We have samples of wooden treads done in different species of woods.
Another approach is to cut plywood treads and tile or upholster them with carpet.
