G.E.M. Fabrications has been manufacturing spiral staircases for over 17 years now. We manufacture spirals at 4’6” / 5’ / and 6’ in diameter. Total rise and direction of travel are available as requested. We have a 6’ diameter demonstration spiral on display at our showroom at 308 Fitzwilliam St. in Nanaimo. A typical floor to floor rise will require a spiral that turns approximately 270 degrees ( ¾ circle ).

We have cast concrete treads available in many different colors and textures. Also there are wooden treads available in various woods and colors. Another approach is to cut plywood treads and have your carpet layer upholster them.
